陳師傅基本資料

出生於台南。由於兒時左手軋進家中裁木頭的機器受傷，十三歲就棄學獨自到高雄學習手工刻印。生性忠厚老實有修養,許多客人與他談過話/交易/買賣過的人，都覺得他是位老實的藝術家。雖然沒有很高的學歷,但印章開啟了陳師傅對文字的興趣與字形的探討。多樣化與獨特的字體與圖像雕刻深受其客人的喜愛。

Profile

     Born in Tainan, Scuptor Chen, in his teens, worked as a stamp apprentice  in Kaohsiung after his left palm was cut off by a wood cutter. He is down-to-earth by nature, an honest artist praised by those who have ever talked to, made business deals with him. However, without a high academic degree, he fostered profound interest in, and resorted to, the research of Chinese characters and fonts. Disparate and delicate fonts and graphic sculptures win many customers' hearts.
